About
As a Life Coach and Professional Organiser I have combined the two disciplines to be able to work with people who are wanting to get organised and become more productive at home, and in various personal and professional capacities. Helping people to be intentional about their direction begins by clearing mental and emotional space for new goals and directions. More often than not, this starts by clearing and organising the physical space around them, freeing up their energy to focus on moving forward.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution for people who have challenges becoming organised and I enjoy working with my clients to find a workable solution, which often involves thinking outside the box to come up with unique solutions for their particular needs. I get great satisfaction from seeing my clients have physical, mental and emotional breakthroughs.
I also have specialist training to work with people who suffer from Hoarding Disorders.
As a Life Coach I am currently working towards my accreditation with ICF (International Coaching Federation) and happy to provide coaching services to help you work towards your goals, organisation related, or other.
