About

Wattle & Co Support is a community-based service providing respectful, trauma-informed decluttering, hoarding support, and practical in-home assistance to individuals experiencing overwhelm within their home environments. The service is grounded in dignity, safety, and person-centred practice, with a strong focus on supporting clients in a non-judgemental and collaborative manner.

Wattle & Co Support recognises that clutter and hoarding behaviours often sit alongside complex life circumstances, including mental health challenges, disability, trauma, or periods of significant stress. Our approach is practical and non-clinical, working alongside clients at their own pace to create safer, more manageable living spaces while maintaining autonomy and choice. We do not provide therapeutic or diagnostic services and work within clearly defined professional boundaries.

Services include structured decluttering support, assistance in hoarding environments, general household cleaning (as agreed), and rubbish removal. Each service is delivered with careful consideration of physical safety, emotional wellbeing, and individual needs. Sessions are planned with clear scope, risk awareness, and realistic expectations, ensuring work is conducted safely and respectfully at all times.

Wattle & Co Support operates with strong workplace health and safety practices, including risk assessment, infection control procedures, incident management processes, and daily safety checks. We prioritise safe work practices over productivity and reserve the right to pause or cease services where conditions are unsafe or beyond scope. This commitment ensures the wellbeing of both clients and workers is protected.

The business aligns its practice with the principles of the NDIS Code of Conduct, including respect for individual rights, dignity, privacy, and safety, regardless of registration status. We are committed to ethical service delivery, transparency, and accountability, and we welcome feedback as part of continuous improvement.

Wattle & Co Support values collaboration and community connection and seeks to work alongside allied health professionals, support coordinators, and community services where appropriate. Our goal is to contribute positively to a broader support network that promotes safety, independence, and wellbeing.

At its core, Wattle & Co Support exists to provide calm, practical assistance during what can be a deeply overwhelming experience, offering reliable support grounded in professionalism, compassion, and respect.
