ICD Class: Readiness for Change – The Basics

Wendy Hanes, CPO, CPO-CD, Master Trainer and Angela Esnouf from Hoarding Home Solutions will introduce participants to the six stages of change identified by psychologists Prochaska, DiClemente and Norcross. Participants will learn to identify where their client sits on the Readiness for Change model and why it’s important. The presenters will share examples from their own client experience demonstrating how using the model has helped to move clients forward, reduce dropouts and cancellations, and avoid demoralisation and frustration for all the parties involved.
