I would recommend this training. It is particularly useful to colleagues who are just starting work in the sector and have come into contact with hoarding and squalor. It gives them practical and useful advice and tools. The modules were simple and easy to read and follow. I will be able to use the material to tailor a practical and workable procedure around how our organisation can address hoarding and squalor.
