Julie Jensen helps clients experiencing loss and grief resulting from changes in life circumstances including the death of a family member, friend or pet. She understands the complexity of changes in physical and mental health, family and work roles, relationships and living environment. Julie helps people who have become less organised than they would like to be resulting from loss and grief. She does this through home-visits, face to face, walk and talk, online and phone.
Julie is a counsellor with a degree in psychology and post-graduate qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy. She holds specialist qualifications in bereavement counselling and is a Certified Bereavement Practitioner recognised by the Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement. Julie also has qualifications in grief, life and wellness coaching. She has been a past member of the Australasian Association of Professional Organisers and Institute for Challenging Disorganization where she earnt a Certificate II Chronic Disorganization Specialist.
She is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement, Association for Death Education and Counselling, and Loss and Grief Practitioners Association.
